The (Property setup panel button) works as a hot key to access your listings,
add new listings, edit listings, upload new photos,
change your contact information, etc, If unsure click this key.... it will move you through the set up pages
(look for instructions on each page)

Hints for your listing:
Put all the key facts at the beginning of the text so that renters will see this info before they
purchase a membership; eg: smokers ok, pets allowed, fenced yard, utilities included,
more photos available, virtual tours, etc...
Renters will only be able to read the first approximately 25 words, without membership.
- All yellow highlite is recommended fields , * are required fields.
- Price requires decimal format eg: 900.00
- Neighbourhood / District is the area of the rental, eg: North Glenmore, West Van, East side, Mission, etc.
- Pets allowed? Click for Yes
- Media Tour link if you have a virtual tour or video on another website, paste the link here:. eg: www.quicklook360.com
- Remember, you may not include any information, re: contact number,email, websites, addresses, within the first 25 words.
- You may use approximately 100 words to describe your rental.
- HOW TO VIEW YOUR STATS! (click the property set up panel and then edit listing, choose the listing to view by clicking on the photo box. Scroll down and stats are found at the bottom of the page.
- PREVIEW YOUR LISTING - Depending where you are, and whether you have photos, this could vary. Choose the PROPERTY SETUP CONTROL, select EDIT LISTINGS, select PREVIEW LISTING LINK
** Your ad will be reviewed and if any corrections are required, you will be emailed
the request, or simple changes will be done by the administrator.
** We reserve the right to change and edit any listings not applying to the rules of listing.
Second front photo (advanced users only)
Banner Photo on listing page This must be no larger than 125X125 pixels. (must be sized correctly before upload)
Your banner will only be viewed on the search listing pages, to the right of your listing.
You may use it to to include a second photo of your rental on the listing page. (Will be viewed on property search pages only)
(this photo will not appear in the deailed search page, so if you wish it to be larger, include it in your photo upload selection)
Simply browse your computer, open the photo, and click SUBMIT (after resizing it)
