Hi, my family and I are looking for a long term rental in Coldstream close to Kidston Elementary school. We need a 3-4 bedroom home with a yard. We have a very small well trained pomeranian(6yrs)who is very much a family member. I am a widow with 9yr old twin boys. We have been renting for 4yrs in the same condo in the area and have outgrown the 2bedroom. I have been an owner and landlord in the past and have huge respect and home pride in any residence i am in. There is no smoking in my family or drinking. I am a good tenant and would love to find our next home before September school session begins.

Hello! My boyfriend and I are re-locating to Kelowna at the end of August. We currently live up north but are moving to the sunny Okanagan for school. We are looking for pretty much any kind of home to rent. We have a small two year old siamese cross cat who keeps to herself and doesn't scratch at anything. We also have a four year old medium sized short haired Sheppard/Lab cross who doesn't bark and is the friendliest dog ever! Both animals are house trained and are very well behaved. We are quiet, responsible, and clean tenants and we have a great reference from our current landlord. We would like the rental to be about max. $1,100.00 and we would be long-term renters. If you have a place to rent for us, we would love to hear from you! We will need a few days notice to make travel plans to come down and look at the place preferably on a weekend.
