All Free listings are automatically expired in 15 days.   You will receive an email on the day it expires.

After you receive that email you can login, Click edit listing,

Select the listing you wish to renew (just click the photo box)

Then click the RENEW button to activate it again for 15 days.  

If you do not delete your listing, it will be available for you next time with your login.    Registration accounts without property listings attached will be deleted periodically, so if your account no longer works, that could be why.

My login will not work?

  1. Are you using the landlord login?
  2. Check that your caps lock isn't on.   (logins are case sensitive.
  3. Check your original email for exact match.
  4. Your listing may have been deleted, if it has been over a year and you had no properties set up.  (You will need to re-register again)
  5. If all fails, request a new password. Password will be computer generated.

How do I know when my listing has expired?

  1. If you have set up your listing with email, you will get an eamail the day it expires. Login and renew if needed.

How do I check my statistics on my listing?

  1. Login in again as a landlord
  2. Click edit listings
  3. Click on the listing photo box of the property you wish to view (if you have more than one) look near the bottom of your property setup you will see number of visitor stats *these are unique user stats
  4. Use the print listing feature on the front of the site, to view your stats.

How do I edit my listing?

  1. Login as a landlord
  2. Click EDIT LISTINGS
  3. Select the property by clicking the photo box, scroll down and change the desired text, click SUBMIT to post changes. (if you do not click SUBMIT, it will not save your changes)
  4. Change photos with the photogallery.  (This is for advanced users only)

When I rent my property, do I delete the ad?

  1. NO, please do not delete it or you may loose your registration form.
  2. Login and click "EDIT LISTING "  click the photobox of the rental you wish to delete or tag as Rented.
  3. To tag it RENTED ...Login, click edit listing, select listing to edit, below you will see Submit Rental and from the first pull down option, change it from For Rent to Rented               (This will keep it on file for future use, but remove it from renter viewing and searches. The system will automatically remove it from the site  when your ad expires (15 days from set up date) but keep it for you in the set up panel.
  4. If you wish to delete it, go to the bottom and delete listing. It will not remain on the system and registrations are deleted frequently if not properties are attached. 

How do I renew my listing if I do not delete it?

You must allow your listing to expire before you can renew it.  You will receive an email notice when it is expired. (if you set it up yourself with email) Once your listing has expired and been removed, you can login with your user/passwords. Click edit listing, select the property photo box of the rental you wish to renew,

click the RENEW BUTTON, and SUBMIT your listing will be active for 21 days.  EDIT ANY INFO  you wish to change and click submit to update any changes. Logout or Exit.

What if I just delete my listing?

If you delete your listing, it will not be available in your property setup panel.  You will need to set it up again.  

Will my login credentials be deleted?

  1. Maybe, we will periodically clean up the registrations.  If there are no property listings attached, it may be deleted. (tag your rentals RENTED and we won't delete it)
  2. If your account has been deleted, simply register and create a new login account.

What if I forget my login?
We do have a password reminder, however you do need to recall your login name to use it.  You will also be generated a new password from the system.   (Careful with this as you cannot choose your passwords this time)

The administrator does not keep login/passwords.  If you cannot remember, you will just need to register again. 

I am an apartment manager and always have vacanies, how can I keep my listing on indefinately?

  1. We have several paid options, annually, etc,  you can choose and not have to renew every 15 days.

How do I have my listing featured on the search page and on top of all listings?

  1. This is called feature listings, it's a paid service and it puts your listing on top of all others for just $7. (subject to change without notice). 
  2. To have this simply create your listing, then upgrade it in the panel, (visa/paypal)  it will be featured for 30 days or 3 months. You will recieve an expiry email each day, 5 days before it expires. If you do not renew it will convert to a free expired listing or remain as a regular listing if you have an annual suscription. .

How do I have a front feature webpage of my rental?

Please email us your request and we will contact you within 24 hours to set it up. Cost starts at just $49.00 and you will have the webpage available for your use for 60 days, and featured on our front page for 30 days.   These pages are already active in the search engines.
