My Login will not work ?
- Be sure you are in the correct region. (Home Page) Passwords only work in the registered region.
- Check that your caps lock isn't on.
- Are you clicking submit after entering your password?
- Check your email you originally received on sign up for accuracy
- If none of the above works, you can request a new password (this will assign a password-(you cannot choose it) use with caution
- Your registration has been deleted from the system. (This may happen if you do not keep your rentals in the set up panel) You can simply register again.

How do I upload photos?
- Login as Landlord.
- Click Edit Listing or Add Listing (if your are posting a new rental)
- Follow basic set up, after submitting your listing, click edit listing again, then click on Quick Photo Upload
- Browse your computer for the photos you wish to use, open them, and click upload, when finished click Submit.
- (All photos must be jpeg format and smaller than 1500 X 1200 pixels) See our helpin the set up for a free photo resizer
How do I check my statistics?
- Login in again as a landlord
- Click edit listings
- Click on the listing photo box of the property you wish to view (if you have more than one) look near the bottom of your property setup you will see number of visitor stats *these are unique user stats
How do I edit my listing?
- Login as a landlord
- Click edit listings
- Select the property by clicking the photo box, scroll down and change the desired text, click submit.
- Change photos with the photogallery. (This is for advanced users only)
When I rent my property, do I delete the ad?
- NO, please do not delete it or you may loose your registration form.
- Login and click "edit listing" click the photobox of the rental you wish to delete or tag as Rented.
- Scroll down to Submit Rental and from the first pull down option, change it from For Rent to Rented (This will keep it on file for future use, but remove it from the online searches. The system will automatically remove it from the site when your ad expires (21 days from set up date) but keep it for you in the set up panel.
- If you wish to delete it, go to the bottom and delete listing. It will not remain on the system and registrations are cleared monthly if not properties are attached.
How do I renew my listing if I do not delete it?
You must allow your listing to expire before you can renew it. You will receive an email notice when it is expired. (if you set it up with email) Once your listing has expired and been removed, you can login with your user/passwords. Click edit listing, select the property photo box of the rental you wish to renew,
click the RENEW BUTTON, your listing will be active for 21 days. EDIT ANY INFO you wish to change and click submit to update any changes. Logout or Exit.
What if I just delete my listing?
If you delete your listing, it will not be available in your property setup panel. You will need to set it up again.
How do I create a login?
- Visit the registration page, (new users) select your login (can be anything- minimum 4 characters) then select your passwords (this must be letter/numbers, minimum 4 characters, and cannot contain spaces, other other punctuation. You must type it exactly the same twice. You are sent an email upon completion.
- Login again with the exact passwords, they are case sensitive! Check the email you were just sent, if it doesn't work for you.
Will my login credentials be deleted?
- No, they will remain in the property set up panel for approximately one year if a property is attached. (if you delete your listings and have no rentals attached, Yes it may be deleted on admistration clean up.
- If it has been deleted, simply register and create a new login account.
What if I forget my login?
We do have a password reminder, however you do need to recall your login name to use it. You will also be generated a new password from the system. (Careful with this as you cannot choose your passwords this time)
The administrator does not keep login/passwords. If you cannot remember, you will just need to register again.
How do I have a front feature webpage of my rental?
Please email us your request and we will contact you within 24 hours to set it up. Cost start at just $24.99 and you will have the webpage available for your use for 60 days, and featured on our front page for 30 days. These pages are already active in the search engines.
This offers maxium exposure as memberships are not required to view the feature web pages.
