Your Rental Classified Ad can be featured at anytime.  You can feature a FREE Ad or a Paid Ad.  

FIRST LOGIN AND CREATE YOUR RENTAL AD.

After you submit your ad, you can click on your property control panel and choose to feature this property for either 30 days or for 90 days. 

Your ad will be extended for this time if it is a free ad, or monthly ad, and will expire on email notice when the feature expires. 

Featured as are put on the top of all listings in each relevant catagory. Featured ads are viewed about 15X more than regular ads.
