How to post property listings on For Rent Online

Registration Form:  When you enter your registration form/contact form, this information will be viewed by the users of this site on the detailed listing page.

ENTER ONLY THE INFO YOU WISH TO BE VIEWED BY THE VIEWERS OF THIS WEBSITE;  eg: Your name, phone number to call, etc.  This is your listing contact page, renters will find your contact info here.  Only * fields are required. 

Enter addresses only if you are a business.  (Property Managers contact us if you would like to have your logo included in your listing)

Email address is concealed, renters will contact you through our form and will not be able to view your email address until you reply to them.

Login and passwords must be at least 4 characters, and can ONLY contain numbers and letters.

All listings must be as accurate as possible, you accept full responsibility for all listings you place on this website.  (For Rent Online accepts no responsibitly, and reserves the right to edit or delete unacceptable listings, as per our terms and conditons)

Property owners advertising on this site agree to not disciminate on any basis; race, color, etc, and not to include any words in their listings, which would imply discrimmination. your listing will be deleted immediately, and you will not be able to relist on our site. If think you see a listing, that is violating this agreement, please advise us immediately. 

When setting up property, you must  NOT INCLUDE, your address or building name, your email, or phone number, website, or any other contact information, within the first 30 words of your description. 

*If you have very little text and wish to include your phone number in the text, please use dashes or dots to fill space up to 30 words.   (Any ads not abiding, will be immediately deleted)

Pictures must be of fair quality, and must be appropriate.   (we reserve the right to delete any photos)

Photos must be no larger than 1002400 Bytes or 640 pixels by 480 pixels  Free Resizer

All photography, or web services provided by For Rent Online/ QuickLook 360 remain our property, unless otherwise agreed to.

BEWARE OF FRAUD

For Rent Online, or any company associated with us, will not ask for personal or confidential information through email.   If you recieve any emails, asking for passwords, banking, etc. DO NOTrespond!  Please forward the emails to us.

Our payment processing uses paypal secured website.  We do not ask for money online in any other form.

Although, we use protected email, it is recommended you use a free email account for your rentals.   Some free are hotmail.com, yahoo.ca, canada.com, look.com

-->As a rule of thumb, you should never provide confidential information online, unless you trust the site and you have initiated the payment request.

Please make an effort to cancel your listing, if your property is rented sooner than 21 days.  

How to cancel your listing without deleting it - Login to your control panel, and click edit listing, select the property you wish to cancel, (click on the link or photo box) then choose RENTED, from the pull down, right under the listing ID number.  BE SURE TO CLICK SUBMIT AT THE BOTTOM TO SAVE YOUR CHANGES.

This will keep your listing active but remove it from the viewing on the website.

For Rent Online, reserves the right to revoke any membership, that is not in compliance with our rules.  

If you do not agree with these terms please do not use our site. By proceeding with listing your rentals, you agree to all terms, and are aware that we cannot be held liable.

Privacy Act:

For Rent Online will never sell your disclose your email to anyone without your permission.

For Rent Online may from time to time contact you, to assist you with set up, inform you of special offers from our service only, or contact you for feedback.
